Get fit the intelligent way not the hard way.
With all these diet plans and workout programs being promoted online which one are you supposed to follow?
There’s just too much information online when it comes to fitness which makes it almost impossible for the average person to figure out what they should be doing to get fit and healthy.
It can cause a lot of stress and you can waste months or even years following a “plan” that may not be right for you!
All we really want is to be fit and healthy so we can look and feel our best.
To enjoy life.
That’s why we’ve created the IntelliFit website to help the average Joe and Jane navigate the murky world of health and fitness and understand what works.
We are a group of fitness entheusiasts, experts, doctors, nutritionists and personal trainers who love to research and write about ways for you to get in the best shape of your life.
If we’re not in the gym working out we’re at our computers reading through research papers so that we can deliver fresh, hot off the press tips for you to look and feel great!

This incredible achievement included first place in a 116 mile race across Florida, from the Gulf of Mexico to the Atlantic Ocean and completion of one of the longest distances in the world – 200 miles.
Not only does Michael run extremely long distances, but he also does it by eating only plants and as a fat adapted runner, meaning he completes in races without intake of food or water.
He provides his entire system in his book, The Fat Adapted Running Formula
His other books include, The Ultramarathon Guide and The Basic Marathon Guide, which are aimed at long distance runners and A Runner’s Secret: One Run Will Get It Done, which is a system that Michael developed himself that teaches people how to run ANY distance by running just one day per week.
When he isn’t working, writing, or running, Michael spends most of his time with his family and reading personal development books.
As far as the future is concerned, Michael aims to keep running for himself, while helping other runners to change their lives for the better through long distance running.

Having relocated across the world and losing the motivation for bodybuilding and fitness, Jamie discovered CrossFit and was immediately hooked!
Having been a chubby child, my teenage years saw me develop a passion for health and fitness.
I was always an avid racket-sports player and grew up emulating my dad on the squash court, but this newfound passion allowed me to make some real strides.
I then discovered the gym and bodybuilding and wanted to be like the guys on the front of the magazines…without ever succeeding in that!
Fast forward 10+ years and the passion is still there, but now the obsession lies with everything CrossFit-related!
