I like to stay fit because it allows me to feel attractive and I know I'm taking good care of my body that way as well. As such, I try to limit my intake of carbs. I eat a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water, I try to limit my intake of red meat, and I also avoid caffeine and sugar except as occasional treats.
I lift weights, and I also do yoga to stay limber. I walk around my neighborhood a lot, and I do plenty of low-impact aerobic exercises. I also have a fairly extensive martial arts background.
